The woman’s partner said: ‘I thought ‘where the hell did
that come from? She’s had no pains or cravings or stomach aches, nothing.”
41-year old Amanda Ross was surprised to learn she was pregnant
just 15 hours before delivering her first baby via caesarean section.
She blamed the boated feeling she had on constipation and
went to her doctor who sent her on to a midwife for a scan which showed she was
approximately 7-months pregnant.
Early the next morning Paul Dean, her partner, drove her to
the hospital when her stomach started rumbling; the baby was born 80 minutes
later.
According to The Mirror, the mother said, “It was a massive
shock and I still can’t believe it. It’s going to get some getting used to.”
