Jasleen, the largest baby ever born in Germany, was delivered naturally at the University
Hospital in the city of Leipzig and weighed in at 13.4 pounds (6.1 kilograms).
According to report, Baby Jasleen mother suffers from gestational diabetes before arriving at the hospital the day of the birth.
The Metro states that babies born to mothers with gestational diabetes can be larger in size.
